Users must:

• ✓ Maintain the security of their account credentials
• ✓ Be at least 18 years old to use the platform

We provide:

• ✓ Influencer discovery tools
• ✓ Campaign posting and management
• ✓ Booking and communication features

• • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
• • CatchInflu may charge service fees or commissions on bookings
• • All fees are clearly displayed before payment is confirmed

CatchInflu may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for:

• • Service quality disagreements between users
• • Missed expectations between businesses and influencers

Users may not:

• ✗ Use fake accounts or misleading data
• ✗ Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• ✗ Violate platform rules or applicable laws
• ✗ Harass or threaten other users

CatchInflu is not liable for losses arising from collaborations between users, indirect or consequential damages, or any disruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
