Nature of Services

CatchInflu operates as a digital marketplace that connects businesses with influencers for marketing collaborations. As such, we do not sell physical products. All payments made through CatchInflu are for digital services such as:

  • • Influencer bookings
  • • Campaign promotions
  • • Subscription plans
  • • Premium listings

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • ✓ Duplicate payments made by mistake
  • ✓ Payment processed but service not delivered due to platform error
  • ✓ Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • ✗ Completed influencer services or delivered campaigns
  • ✗ Dissatisfaction with influencer performance after completion
  • ✗ Change of mind after booking confirmation
  • ✗ Subscription fees already used

Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute between a business and an influencer:

  • • CatchInflu may act as a mediator
  • • Evidence from both parties will be reviewed
  • • Final decisions will be made at our discretion

Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
