Nature of Services
CatchInflu operates as a digital marketplace that connects businesses with influencers for marketing collaborations. As such, we do not sell physical products. All payments made through CatchInflu are for digital services such as:
- • Influencer bookings
- • Campaign promotions
- • Subscription plans
- • Premium listings

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- ✓ Duplicate payments made by mistake
- ✓ Payment processed but service not delivered due to platform error
- ✓ Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- ✗ Completed influencer services or delivered campaigns
- ✗ Dissatisfaction with influencer performance after completion
- ✗ Change of mind after booking confirmation
- ✗ Subscription fees already used

Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute between a business and an influencer:
- • CatchInflu may act as a mediator
- • Evidence from both parties will be reviewed
- • Final decisions will be made at our discretion

Refund Processing
- • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
